Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the application fee?

There is a one-time fee of $25.00. This check will accompany the application. Please note that a picture is required with the application.

2. What are the fees that I will pay to Grace Covenant Ministries International?

A registration fee of $35.00 payable to Grace Covenant Ministries International. This fee is payable each trimester.

3. What is the tuition?

The tuition is $50.00 per credit hours. Each WEBC class is 3 credit hours. Financial assistance is available. Partial scholarships are available to qualifying students.

4. When is the tuition due?

The tuition is payable at registration. However, if this creates a hardship, it is possible to pay 10% at registration and arrange for a payment plan during the semester for the balance.

5. Can I transfer credits to WEBC?

Yes, it is possible to transfer credits.

6. Do I get credit for life experience?

It is possible to receive credit for life experience in the ministry. Usually, the life experience will be applied to the practicum requirement.
